Your parking reference number was included in your original booking confirmation email from Rock Oyster. It is a 10-digit number usually found near the top of the email under Parking Reference or Your Order. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact the Rock Oyster team.
Each parking reference number is valid for one vehicle only. If you purchased multiple parking passes you will have received a separate reference number for each one. Please complete this form once per vehicle using the relevant reference number.
No, you do not need to print anything out, so long as you attending the correct car park, on the correct day(s) using the vehicle registration you gave us.
The car park opens on Thursday 23 July 2026 from midday. Day visitors on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may access parking from 9am. Please check the Getting Here page for the most up-to-date arrival guidance and suggested travel times to avoid queues.
First, check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find it, please contact the Rock Oyster team at info@rockoysterfestival.co.uk with your full name and order number and we will resend your confirmation as quickly as possible.
Once the Form has been submitted you cannot make any changes. We can reset your parking pass so you can submit your vehicle again. If you have any difficulties please get in touch with us directly.
