Your parking reference number was included in your original booking confirmation email from Rock Oyster. It is a 10-digit number usually found near the top of the email under Parking Reference or Your Order. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact the Rock Oyster team.
Each parking reference number is valid for one vehicle only. If you purchased multiple parking passes you will have received a separate reference number for each one. Please complete this form once per vehicle using the relevant reference number.
We strongly recommend printing your vehicle hanger and displaying it from your rear-view mirror so our parking team can quickly identify your vehicle. While a digital version may be accepted, connectivity on site can be limited so a physical printed copy is always the most reliable option.
The car park opens on Thursday 23 July 2026 from midday. Day visitors on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may access parking from 9am. Please check the Getting Here page for the most up-to-date arrival guidance and suggested travel times to avoid queues.

Yes. If you need to amend the vehicle registration you entered, please complete the form again using the same parking reference number. The most recently submitted registration will be used. If you have any difficulties please get in touch with us directly.
